What this website stores

This website runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party trackers. The application-brief workspace on /discuss keeps your draft in your own browser's storage only, and discards it seven days after the last change. Nothing you type leaves your browser unless you act: by sending the brief by email, or by using Continue with Nexzo, described below. Dictation, where offered, uses your browser's built-in speech service and is governed by your browser vendor's terms.

Continuing on the Nexzo platform

When /discuss shows a Continue with Nexzo control, pressing it sends the brief from your browser to the Nexzo application platform: the text you wrote, word for word, and the structured fields you filled in — motion, electrical, mechanical, environment, performance and commercial — together with the topics the page listed as not yet answered. It goes to the platform's intake service at api.nexzodynamics.com, which opens an anonymous session and returns you to app.nexzodynamics.com to carry on there. The platform keeps that anonymous session for 30 days; after that the link stops working, and you would start again. Signing in and claiming the brief keeps it in your organisation's account. The brief itself is not erased when the link lapses: the record stays with us, as the next section says. This happens only when you press the control; nothing is sent while you type, and nothing you wrote is placed in a web address. To avoid it, use Copy brief and send the brief to applications@nexzodynamics.com instead — the local draft is unchanged either way.

What the Nexzo platform keeps

The Nexzo platform keeps what you give it, including your account details (your e-mail address and the name on your account), the organisations and invitations you are part of, your drafts and submitted briefs, and the programme work that follows from them. To get a copy of what it holds about you, or to have it erased (apart from the permanent record described next), write to applications@nexzodynamics.com; someone at Nexzo does this by hand, within 30 days of your request. The platform also keeps a permanent record of what was done on it, which is never deleted. That record refers to people by an identifier rather than by name or e-mail address. It also keeps the titles, names and notes that signed-in people write on the platform, as they were written; what you write on this website before signing in is not put into that record.

What you send us

If you email an application brief, it is handled as a confidential engineering enquiry. If you need an NDA before sharing technical files, tell us first and we will put one in place before you send them.

Status of this policy

Nexzo Dynamics is pre-launch, and this page is not yet a complete privacy policy. It states what this website does with your information today, and what the Nexzo platform keeps.
